Mr. Jacob Riloff is the Strategic Consultant at Victory Fiduciary Consulting and is a registered Investment Advisor Representative (IAR). In that capacity, he specializes in business development issues for closely held businesses and their owners. He is an expert in business succession planning, exit strategies, and advanced insurance planning techniques. Jacob focuses on providing business owners with sound planning to increase shareholder value in their privately held businesses.

 

Jacob has over twenty-five years of experience as a business-planning advisor.  He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Health, Planning and Administration with a minor in Business Administration.  In 2006 and 2010 he was designated as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®) from The American College, Bryn Mawr, PA.  Notably, the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (FAIFA) awarded him both the National Sales Achievement Award and National Quality Award in his respective field. In addition to his work at Victory Fiduciary, he served and continues to serve as a board member consultant for several of his clients.

 

Mr. Riloff’s business acumen stems from his boyhood involvement in his father’s Philadelphia manufacturing and service business, Apex Appliances. This hands-on experience taught him to dissect all aspects of a business and apply his interpersonal skills to overcome the many obstacles that business owners face in their day-to-day operations.

 

Jacob applies the same energy and vigor across business and personal life. In support of his son, he served as the President of the United States Naval Academy PA Parents Association in 2014. He further served in multiple capacities for non-profit organizations in and around his community.

 

Jacob and his lovely wife, Karen, have been married for over 30 years since they first met at Penn State University. They currently reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and have two children.  His son, Matthew, is an active duty Marine Corps officer while his daughter, Jessica, is a professional actress living and working in New York City. Jacob is a spirited fan of all Philadelphia, Penn State and Navy sports teams. When he’s not working or enjoying his family, Jacob can be found on the golf course or preparing a boat for sea at the Townsend Inlet Yacht Club, Townsend Inlet, NJ.
